ABOUT OMR SHEET
Instruction for filling the OMR Sheets
To ensure accurate processing of your OMR sheet, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Pen Usage: Use only black or blue ballpoint pens. Gel pens and fountain pens are not suitable for filling out the OMR sheet and may affect the readability of your answers.
Marking Bubbles: Completely darken the bubbles for your responses. Avoid using tick marks or crosses in areas where the instructions specify that bubbles must be fully filled. Partial or excessive filling of bubbles can result in unreadable data by the scanning software.
Pencil Usage: Do not use pencils unless explicitly instructed. If allowed, use only HB or 2B pencils. Pencils not specified may lead to scanning errors.
Error Correction: Do not use whiteners or correction fluids to amend any errors. Such substances can interfere with the scanning process and lead to inaccurate evaluations.
Writing Areas: Write only in the designated areas of the OMR sheet. Any marks outside these specified areas could cause problems during the scanning and evaluation process.
Restricted Areas: Follow instructions to avoid writing in designated restricted areas. Rough work should not be done on the OMR sheet, particularly in areas marked as off-limits.
Sheet Handling: Keep the OMR sheet flat and avoid folding it. Any folds can impact the scanning process. Ensure that there are no stray marks on the sheet.
Markings: Multiple markings in a single response area are invalid and will be disregarded. Ensure your answers are clearly marked according to the guidelines.
Signatures and Identifications: Make sure the invigilator signs your OMR answer sheet. Place your signature and thumb impression in the designated rectangular boxes, as instructed. Failure to fill in required details such as roll number, paper code, or question booklet series will result in your answer sheet not being evaluated.
By following these instructions carefully, you help ensure a smooth and accurate evaluation process for all candidates.
