OMR Exam Methodology
At Shuchit Infotek, our methodology starts by scanning blank OMR sheets to design a precise template. Our OMR scanning machine detects ID marks, timing marks, and sheet thickness, then defines field names according to the template. Once the template is ready, we create a data file and scan all OMR sheets accordingly. The machine captures bubble responses based on the designed template, generating output and data files in .dat format. This data is then used for result processing. While this approach offers significant accuracy, occasional issues may arise if the scanner does not accept certain OMR sheets due to various factors.
OMR Software Methodology
Shuchit Infotek has pioneered the latest OMR software methodology, introducing advanced technology developed exclusively in India. This innovative system employs “tick” technology, where candidates mark their answers by ticking circles. Our Oscan OMR Sheet Scanning Software accurately reads these ticks by eliminating the background magenta bubbles. This method ensures that the results are clear and indisputable, even in legal contexts. The use of tick marks, as interpreted by our software, provides a robust and reliable solution for accurate result processing, significantly reducing the potential for challenges and ensuring the integrity of the examination process.
